Please ensure that you have thoroughly read all the terms and conditions of hire, you will be required to sign for these.

Your hire will come with a member of our staff who is trained to operate the equipment. This staff member will need a restroom break at some stage within the hire period.

Our equipment is heavy and cumbersome, therefor you need to tell us if there are any stairs, uneven ground, narrow widths of less than 1 metre. We also need to know if we need to travel longer than 10 meters from where we can park our vehicle.

If you do not tell us of any potential access issues and we come on the day, there may be a possibility that your hire is held up or we might not be able to go ahead with the hire at all. No refunds would be made in these circumstances.This is why the access details are so important.

We ask that you measure your garden to ensure that the equipment will fit. Details on floor space, height and power supply required can be found on our website on the individual page for the equipment you are hiring.

As standard we bring 25 meter cables to power the simulator, if the distance from power is longer than this please let us know so we can bring 50 meter cables at no extra charge.

For plugging into a building, the power requirements to run our equipment are: 4.6 kw of power between 2 times 13 amp 3 prong plugs (2 times standard everyday plugs). Please ensure that the building you are using can support this power requirement.

If you do not have access to a power supply, we can bring generator power if you provide us with prior notice.

All simulators can only be used by people over 1.2 metres in height. There are also some other restrictions in relation to medical conditions. And one with heart, back or neck conditions should not use participate. No pregnant persons or anyone who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol can use the equipment. Please refer to our risk assessment and disclaimer for more detailed information.

As you are hiring this equipment from us, you must understand the risks involved. By going ahead with your hire and signing your disclaimer document, we deem it that you are responsible to ensure all participants comply by these terms and conditions. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property or valuables while using the equipment or setting up and taking the equipment down. We (the company) do not accept and responsibility for any injury caused to participants while using the equipment. Each individual person at your event participates at their own risk. If you have children under the age of 16 at the event, please ensure that that you obtain permission from their parent or guardian for them to participate and explain all risks to the parent/guardian.
