COVID - 19 T's & C's
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution and staying up to date with all the current HSE and Government Guidelines, while providing you with the Splash Inflatables experience you are used to.
For your protection and our own, we have some procedures we are using to prevent us coming into contact with you and vice versa and we also have extended cleaning procedures in place.
We will only be taking bookings for back garden hires, with a 'No Contact Policy'. If you would like to discuss your requirements further please contact us.

- Ensure that your driveway is clear, any pathways are clear and grass is free from dirt or debris.
- Please leave a 13A extension out in the garden and plugged in.If you do not have one, we may need to pass one to you through a window to plug in.
- Your delivery driver will set everything up and clean the unit again in front of you in your garden.
- When we leave, feel free to give the unit an extra clean for your peace of mind using hot water and antibacterial cleaner.
- For the protection and safety of the person coming to collect the equipment from your garden, please ensure you clean it yourself using hot water and antibacterial cleaner after use.Your driver will call you and give you 30 minute notice of when he will arrive.
- When we come back to collect the unit, please ensure there are no persons in your garden or around the unit.
- At no stage should anyone at your property be within 2m of the delivery person.
- Please leave the unit up and inflated for collection as the driver will then clean the unit again before he dismantles it and takes it away.
- If you don’t have any cleaning products then please let us know as we can leave any some with you.
- If anyone in the household should display Covid-19 symptoms before the hire, you should contact us to re-arrange the hire immediately. If you are not sure what these symptoms are please look on the NHS website.
- If anyone in your household has been told to self isolate you should contact us to re-arrange the hire immediately
- Please note that if any time the safety of our staff becomes compromised at any point, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any stage and if this is on site then no refund will be given. You must ensure that you follow COVID-19 social distancing advice at the time of your booking date. We do know the regulations do change every few weeks or so you must abide by whatever particular rules that are in place on the date you are hiring from us. This is the responsibility of yourself to do so in order to protect yourself and the people around you.
We would say that it is at your own risk, such as ordering online shopping etc there is not 100% guarantee that there would be no transmission. You hire at your own risk and we take no responsibility for any suspected COVID-19 transmissions. What we can guarantee is that we do our part in the cleaning process and stay contact free. Booking Fee:
Any booking fee taken is a booking fee and not a deposit. The fee is to cover administration costs for creating your order and for reserving the item/s for you. This is not a returnable deposit. The amount will be credited to your order and taken off your bill. On the day of your hire, please pay the remaining amount owed which will be the hire am
