Unless stated the equipment is not supervised by us and is dropped off for you to use and supervise, then later collected. We will be required to plug our extension into your home or venue to power the equipment. If this is not possible and you require our petrol generators, this can be added on for an extra cost.

We can only set up bouncy castles and slides on natural grass or indoors.

More Technical Information

Suitable for users over 1.2 m in height

Set up time - 1 hour minimum

Below are some important considerations for you and unfortunately if you have not given us the appropriate information and our staff are unable to safely set up your equipment you will still be liable to pay for the hire. It is the utmost importance that you tell us anything at all that you feel would impede set up.

  1. We NEED to be aware of any tight openings tighter than 1m width clearance.
  2. We need to know if the van can’t be brought within 10m of the erection site (the steel mechanism is very heavy to move and can be dangerous to our staff if carried for a prolonged period)
  3. We NEED to be aware of any stairs, hills or uneven ground on route between the nearest van parking space and the erection site.
  4. Please send a photo or video of the site and it's route from the parking area or a picture taken from Google Earth.
  5. You must read the risk assessments which can be viewed here and the terms and conditions applicable to your booking which can be read here. You will be required to sign a copy on the day of your event.
  6. As standard we bring 25m cables to power the simulator, if the distance from power is longer than this please let us know so we can bring 50m cables at no extra charge. Please see below power requirements.

Our staff will need a 10-minute restroom break mid-way through the hire.

POWER REQUIREMENTS ARE: We can easily plug the equipment into a building 4.6 kw of power between 2 13a 3 prong plugs (standard everyday plugs). If you would like to use your generators please contact our event team.
